Refund Policy - CaviarParis

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please contact our customer service at info.caviarparis@gmail.com to request a return and place a new order.

Return conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be sealed, unused and in their original condition .

  • All free gifts must be included in the return.

  • You must inform customer service before any return and wait for confirmation.

Return procedure:

  1. Contact our customer service at info.caviarparis@gmail.com to obtain the return label.

  2. Print the label and drop off your package at the indicated shipping point.

  3. After receipt and inspection, we will process your refund.

If the return is due to a change of mind , the return shipping costs are your responsibility:

  • Orders under €60 : Return shipping and initial shipping costs are deducted from the refund.

  • Orders over €60 : Return shipping and shipping costs initially offered are deducted from the refund.

  • Partial returns : A fee of €6.99 will be applied.

DAMAGES OR ERRORS

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info.caviarparis@gmail.com providing:

  • A photo of the outer packaging , with the tracking number visible.

  • A photo of all items in their original packaging.

  • A photo of the damaged item .

No compensation can be granted without these elements.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

INTERNATIONAL

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. If an item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info.caviarparis@gmail.com with:

  • A photo of the outer packaging and tracking number.

  • A photo of all items in their original packaging.

  • A photo of the damaged item .

No compensation can be granted without these elements.
