We use Colissimo and Chronopost to ensure fast and secure delivery in mainland France.
The average delivery time is 2 to 4 working days , but delays may occur due to exceptional circumstances.

• Standard delivery : €6.99

• Free delivery for purchases over €60

🚚 Delivery address and delivery failure

Make sure you provide a complete and accurate address (street number, building, apartment, postal code).
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the recipient's absence, we will issue a refund excluding return shipping costs .

Any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is held in customs for unpaid fees and destroyed, no refund will be made .
